Welcome to the Nantucket West website and life in our community.

You’ll not only be proud of your home at Nantucket West, you’ll be pleased with your neighborhood. Nantucket West is a “maintained community”. We take care of all exterior maintenance from sidewalks to rooftops which means you’ll see a well-kept community that protects the integrity of your neighborhood and the value of your property. Beautiful Chambers Bay is less than two miles from our gate and the University Place Town Center is minutes away as is the public library.

Our governing documents consist of the Declaration, Amended By-laws and House Rules and Regulations. We have a property management firm and a 5-member Board of Directors to conduct day to day business of the Association. All homes are occupied by owners. Our annual summer picnic and December holiday celebration are two social activities that bring our homeowners together as well as two semi-annual meetings of the membership held in June and December annually.  

Nantucket West consists of 38 homes built in 1996. There are two home models, the Manchester (1750 sq. ft.) and the Cambridge (1650 sq. ft), both with different floor plans but similar features and rooms. All units have a security alarm system and there are screens on all windows. These homes were designed with open and flowing living areas. Each model has a spacious sized living room and a large kitchen and formal and casual dining rooms. Master bedrooms in each style include a walk-in closet, a large bathroom, a second bedroom and guest bathroom and a den with glass panel doors. Homes have a private fenced rear court yard and a covered walk between the house and a finished and painted 2 car garage with pull down ladder access to garage attic. Units have double wall construction, 9-foot ceilings throughout and skylights in both bathrooms. Owners may personalize their patio area with a selection of plantings of their choice. Nantucket West is unique in that it has a designated Recreational Vehicle lot with space for 5 RV’s, based upon available space at monthly fee.
