Welcome to the Nantucket West Condominium Association
We are 38 homeowners enjoying the peace and tranquility of a quiet, gated, and well-maintained community featuring two green-belt areas on the premises. Our homes were built in 1996 and several homes have original buyers and all units are occupied by owners. We are located in University Place, WA on the south side of Cirque Drive between 67th Avenue West and Cirque Park.

Spring of each year, the Osprey mating pair
Spring of each year, the Osprey mating pair
we know as Ossie and Harriet return to Cirque Park to fledge a couple of young ones.
Great place for a walk and observe the wildlife. Look for their nest resting on the field light.
The osprey, historically known as sea hawk, river hawk, or fish hawk, is a fish-eating bird of prey.
It is a large raptor, reaching more than 24 in in length and a wingspan of 72 in.
It is brown on the upperparts and predominantly greyish on the head and underparts.
The osprey tolerates a wide variety of habitats, nesting in any location near a body of water.
